Marine & Pearl by Allera

Allera Planning provided pre-purchase planning advice and negotiated the approval of 24 residential apartments in Kingscliff, including a council presentation. The residences will feature a range of modern amenities, including open-plan living areas, spacious balconies, and stunning ocean views.

CABA by Allera

Allera Planning provided pre-purchase planning advice for CABA, another luxury apartment development by Allera, located just footsteps from Cabarita Beach, on the Tweed Coast of NSW. Allera Planning also assisted with a modification that introduce a wellness centre at ground floor and the internal reconfiguration of the apartments.

Southlink Industrial Estate

Allera Planning is seeking a town planning approval for Southlink Logistics Park, a 8.5 hectare industrial development located in Moss Vale, NSW, near the Hume Highway. Strategically located, the park aims to become a central hub for logistics and business operations in the Southern Highlands, addressing the growing demand for industrial land in the region.

Engadine Central Shopping Centre

Allera Planning successfully negotiated development approvals for the renovation of Engadine Central Shopping Centre. The stage 1 and 2 applications covered external façade works, Direct-To-Boot facilities for the anchor tenant, outdoor dining area, and reconfiguration of the car park.

Caddens Hill Quarter

Allera Planning assisted in gaining approval from Penrith City Council for an integrated development comprising 35 townhouses and a community title subdivision. The proposed development provides a small lot housing typology that would contribute to the housing diversity and affordability in a strategically identified area within close proximity of Caddens Corner shopping centre.

Ingleburn Subdivision

Allera Planning assisted with the approval of a 11-Lot subdivision in Ingleburn by Campbelltown City Council. The approval included a variation to the minimum subdivision lot size for a number of the lots, and the proposal will help meet the need for additional residential lots in the Greater Sydney region.
